2. Acceptable Use
- You must own or be authorized to use the photos you upload or edit.
- You must not use the app to infringe upon others’ rights or violate applicable laws.
- For copyrighted materials (stickers/fonts), follow their licensing terms.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Pro subscriptions and one‑time unlocks are handled by the platform’s in‑app purchase system (Apple App Store / Google Play). Trials and renewal rules follow the in‑app display and platform terms.
4. Disclaimer
Any legal risks arising from improper use (e.g., unauthorized use of others’ photos or copyrighted materials) are the user’s responsibility.
5. Intellectual Property
The app and related content are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without authorization.
6. Privacy & Data
We follow an on‑device processing principle and do not upload biometric data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Termination & Changes
We may suspend or terminate service if you violate these Terms. We may update the Terms as needed; significant changes will be notified in‑app.
