Terms and conditions governing your use of our applications
By downloading, installing, or using any application developed by TianDev Studio ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use our Apps.
These Terms apply to all TianDev Studio applications available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store (collectively, the "Apps"). Additional terms may apply to specific Apps and will be disclosed within those Apps.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use our Apps. By using our Apps, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are using our Apps on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our Apps on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Our Apps may be offered free of charge with limited functionality, supported by advertising. By using the free tier of our Apps, you consent to the display of advertisements provided by our advertising partners, including Google AdMob.
Users with an active paid subscription will not be shown advertisements within the applicable App.
Some of our Apps allow you to create, upload, or process content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By using features that process your content, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the requested functionality.
You represent and warrant that:
You may not use our Apps to process, store, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Our Apps and all associated content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) are the exclusive property of TianDev Studio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The TianDev Studio name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of TianDev Studio. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
Your use of our Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at www.forapp.store/privacy-policy.html to understand our practices.
Our Apps may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, applications, or websites. These third-party services have their own terms of service and privacy policies, and your use of them is governed by those policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party services.

OUR APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TianDev Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TianDev Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our Apps, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Apps at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may also stop using our Apps at any time.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
We may update our Apps from time to time to add new features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Apps will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific Apps, constitute the entire agreement between you and TianDev Studio regarding your use of our Apps.
